Exit the A19 at the Wolviston interchange, heading towards Billingham, the exit off the roundabout signposting Seal Sands. The 1st right turn onto Marsh House Avenue, straight over the roundabout 2nd left onto Tunstall Avenue and 2nd Right onto Cockfield Avenue.
